Roger is a 20+ year veteran of video game publishing and development as well as enterprise applications for RT3D in AR/XR/MR. He's run the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Publishing Services teams at top games publishers in Europe, such as Activision and Electronic Arts and was Chief of Staff for Microsoft XBox European Studios.
Steven is one of the URP experts on the Professional Services team. He's been in the game industry for over 15 years, with his first job as a mobile games developer at Bluesphere games in 2004. He's also previously worked for Glu Mobile and nDreams. Steven has worked on multiple platforms including PS4, XboxOne, PC, mobile, and mobile VR.
Sarah is on Unity’s Professional Services team in Montreal. She assists developers with short term engagements specializing in performance and optimization. Previously she worked at EA at BioWare and Motive as an Online Software Developer programming for multiplayer titles.
Razvan's spends his time on the Professional Services team helping Unity customers streamline the way they deliver and ingest content into the Unity Editor and Engine. Raz has worked on games and other real time applications of all sizes and complexities in the last decade and finds problem-solving to be the most interesting part of RT3D.
Obinna has several years of experience working with AAA game studios across the industry. He's currently working with Unity's Professional Services team and is also a host of The Debug Log, a podcast about game development, which has allowed him to keep a finger on the pulse of the game dev community.
Paul is on the Professional Services team in Montreal. He spends most of his days profiling games and searching for opportunities to optimize them. His passions (surprisingly) include video games, mobile technologies, interactive media, user experience, and XR.
Sebastian started his career in the arts industry at ART+COM, building everything from interactive table installations, mobile apps, exhibitions, and showrooms, to huge kinetic sculptures for companies such as Volkswagen, BMW, Deutsche Bank, and more. He then moved on to Artificial Rome and in 2019, to Unity.
For almost a decade, Franco has led projects on hundreds of games across multiple platforms and genres, working closely with one-person studios right up to AAA industry heavyweights. Franco is also deeply embedded in the UK games industry network.
